Several years in residential and commercial construction made an easy transition to the Home Inspection profession. I enjoy the hard work and rewards of physical labor as well as the entire process of building and creation, but I have found my purpose in education and relationships through real estate inspections. I have been fortunate to have met many wonderful people along the way who have helped me begin this journey and shape my career over the years, and I look forward to continuing to build relationships and foster trust with my clients.
I have been a licensed Home Inspector for over 17 years and performed over 6,000 paid inspections. These inspections include properties ranging from 500 sq. ft. studio condos to 80,000 + sq. ft. commercial buildings. I have mentored dozens of licensed inspectors throughout Arizona and I have been an educator in the business of Home Inspection for several years.

Starting at a young age my grandfather and father have influenced my passion for craftsmanship, building structures and interest in understanding how things work. I continue to get inspiration from them as I further my career in Real Estate inspections. My formal training was performed directly under Ryan and I can confidently say I have learned from the best. My keen eye for detail, knowledge in the field, along with continued research and training has me confident in giving the utmost care to our Greenlight clients. I take pride in honesty, punctuality and a job well done. I moved to Arizona from Michigan nearly 20 years ago to follow my passion for education as a PE teacher. I consider myself a life-long learner as I’ve worked for a masters degree as well as my EMT certification. As a homeowner of two homes, I’ve worked on DIY projects as a hobby and to ensure the utmost quality and a job well done. Long ago my father instilled in me the importance of quality workmanship and building on that foundation I’ve gained many new skills over the years. The experiences I’ve had working on homes and the many projects I’ve accomplished, have led me to a career in home inspection. When I’m not teaching or doing home inspections, I enjoy being active outdoors. Spending time with my wife and two sons is what I look forward to most. I value honesty, integrity, and professionalism, which is why I’ve chosen to work with Ryan and the GreenLight team. I am confident I will provide exceptional service and build a relationship of trust working with our customers and clients in the Northwest Valley and surrounding areas.
